Official Contest Rules

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and household members of Xiber, Pacers, the NBA, its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, owners, and agents are not eligible.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with any intercollegiate athletic eligibility guidelines, if applicable.

Entry Period

The contest begins on the Sunday, June 8th Finals and ends on the last day of the Finals. 

Content Guidelines:

• Photos must be original, created by the entrant, and not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.

• Photos must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content, as determined by Xiber and Pacers in their sole discretion.

• Bonus consideration for photos taken at Gainbridge Fieldhouse sharing game moments directly from the arena.

Prizes

• Grand Prize (1 Winner): $250 Gift Cards
• Runner-Up Prizes (5 Winners): Each receives a $75 Gift Cards

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered unless otherwise stated.

Winner Selection

Selection Process:

• Winners will be selected randomly using a third-party platform such as Simpliers or a similar service that complies with Twitter (X) / LinkedIn & Meta guidelines.

• All eligible entries with the hashtag #XiberInternet #PacersNation and tags @WeAreXiber and @Pacers will be collected via the third-party platform.

• Two Grand Prize winners and Five Runner-Up winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.

Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified via direct message on Twitter (X) or Instagram (whichever they submitted on) within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends.

• Winners must respond within 4 days to claim their prize, providing contact information for prize fulfillment (e.g., email for digital Amazon gift card delivery).

• If a winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected via the same random selection process.

Additional Rules

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Publicity: By entering, participants grant Xiber and Pacers the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Content Ownership: Entrants retain ownership of their photos but grant Xiber and Pacers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the photos for marketing purposes.

Disqualification: Entries that violate these rules, contain inappropriate content, or are submitted outside the Entry Period will be disqualified.

Liability: Xiber, Pacers, and the third-party platform (e.g., Simpliers) are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or other issues beyond their control, including WiFi connectivity issues during games.

Disputes: All decisions by Xiber and Pacers are final and binding. The contest is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
