With the re-opening of their open-air, outdoor concert venue, The Annex, HI-FI Indy signed up for Xibers’ high-speed Internet service to ensure a smooth new start back into normal business post-pandemic shutdown.

Due to previous dependability service problems with traditional Internet providers, The HI-FI searched for a quality, ultra-reliable and fast Internet, that would allow them to stream concerts without any glitches or loading issues.

“The HI-FI Annex is Indy’s newest and most ingenuitive outdoor music venue and as such, it required a consistent and strong signal to drive our live streaming, as well as our event operations tools, production equipment, and ticketing tools,” said HI-FI Director of Strategy, Matt Wells. “From checking the radar to powering our stage and live streaming gear, Xiber has elevated our ability to bring live entertainment to our fans.”

Xiber customers, whether MDU’s or commercial businesses, receive blazing fast Internet through fiber-optic and registered fixed wireless links unlike traditional Internet providers making this a better alternative for Internet service.

“We know there is an increasing demand for Internet services that go beyond what traditional providers have delivered in the last few years,” said Xiber LLC. Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer, Stephen Hon. “As more people and companies move to additional digital interactions, the reliability and bandwidth of Internet are highly important. We are thrilled to be able to utilize our forward-thinking technology to bring the best of live and streamed concerts to Indianapolis at the HI-FI.”
